The staff were best, the breakfast was tasty and everything was good. Very beautiful building and rooms with nice decoration. We loved our great balcony. Very central location near restaurants, the center of travel place, the Old Quarter right in the hustle bustle of downtown Hanoi, it was in a lovely area.

We liked the minimalistic furniture and decent location. The room was very separate, comfortable bed. The staff were eager to help to solve any kind of issue. There was a good restaurant, stores and a market next door. Hang gai street was also placed walking distance to the hotel. Efficient service was provided here too.

The location was prime central; the staff was helpful; the room was bright. The breakfast I had was delicious with tea and also local food. They made my stay luxurious. You could walk to shops and the markets. Overall clean hotel and marvellous service.
